ECOAID Biotechnology will have a diversified group of individuals for a cross-section of business, the sciences, and trades. The company anticipate the primary full-time employment to be 30 with ten part-time employees.

Through our raw material harvesting of local bamboo, we expect over 50 seasonal or part-time positions to be made available. We have projected that we will have 130 full-time employees and 20 part-time within five years.

Administrative Centre

ECOAID’s Administration Building is a modular design made from steel containers.

The first floor is designed for customer presentations.

The second floor is designed for administration, accounting, and executive offices.

The third floor is designed for a recreation centre and a daycare facility.

24 Hour Childcare Centre

We want to set a high standard of social responsibility for our employees.

For parents who have children and no support while they are working, ECOAID will provide a childcare centre which will operate 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

We will provide experienced childcare workers and a cell phone viewing app for working parents to see their children in the daycare centre.

24 Hour Cafeteria

Our cafeteria will provide hot and cold meals at a subsidized rate for employees and service the requirements of the children in the childcare centre.

We will also provide microwave ovens and vending machines for those who prefer to bring their own meals to work or just wish to have a snack at any time.

Wellness Centre

The health and safety of our employees and children in daycare is one of our most important priorities. ECOAID will provide a wellness centre in our administration building.

We will also provide a trained nurse on each of our shifts to attend to illnesses or the well being of the children.
